Shaksham Shahi is a B.A. LL.B graduate and the co-founder of Civil Outlook. He is a Research and Communications Associate at the National Policy Forum (NPF). Shaksham has represented Nepal and his college at various prestigious international platforms, including moot courts, conferences, and seminars.

His robust research experiences include articles published under Thomson Reuters and the National Law University Delhi (NLUD) Press while also serving as a member of the Student Editorial Board at the Centre for Rule of Law (CRoL). He has also contributed significantly to public service through his roles at the Department of Foreign Employment and the Foreign Employment Board Secretariat. Currently, Shaksham is an intern at the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH), where he continues to expand his legal expertise and global perspective. Additionally, Shaksham has gained invaluable legal experience working under distinguished legal professionals such as Adv. Shardul Thapa and Sr. Adv. Shambhu Thapa at the Legal Advisors Forum.
