Milan Katuwal is a Master of Public Policy (MPP) candidate at the Biden School of Public Policy, University of Delaware. With a BSc in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana Monroe and over a year of industry experience in the US, Katuwal chose to pursue his further interests in public policy through academics and advocacy.

Having led several student organizations since teen-age, he possesses proven qualities in organizing, action and leadership. His major interests and experiences lie in public policy, political strategy and communication, international development, social engineering and impact.
