Tribhuwan Pandey is a Nepali diaspora leader and community organizer committed to uplifting the Nepali community abroad. He has led youth/student focused initiatives that promote leadership development and expand the participation of young Nepali professionals in diaspora affairs.

He served as the Founding Chair of the NRNA NCC USA Student Committee and later as Youth Coordinator of NRNA NCC USA, where he played a key role in bridging Nepali students and young professionals with the broader NRN community. His work has strengthened student engagement, expanded leadership pathways, and fostered a more connected diaspora ecosystem.

He completed his MBA in Finance from University of New Mexico and has been working in the fintech industry for more than seven years, bringing a strong blend of financial expertise, digital innovation, and leadership experience to his community work.

As an Advisor to the National Policy Forum (NPF), he brings extensive experience in diaspora engagement, youth leadership, strategic program development, and institutional governance.
